Peeling
Customised top-grade rotary to maximise plywood recovery rates and improve value from the peeling process.
This process is scrutinised by in-house expert to assure the utmost face veneer is produced.
Drying
The drying process is conducted cautiously to ensure the moisture content on every veneer is evenly dried, and limber enough for stacking process.
A professionally produced veneer carries load and is suitable for aesthetic surface.
Categorising
After the drying process, veneer is sent for defects inspection such as non-uniform colour, loose knots, split ends, and group by quality accordingly.
Veneer will be sent to the plywood production line after this process.
